how to change the font of license
the font of nsis2a7 is bigger than that of nsis2b0.
I want use the bigger in nsis2b0.

Make the file in .rtf format instead, that way you'll be able to control the appearance totally. Another way, i guess, would be to use ResHack and change the standard values.
