SectionSetFlags/SectionGetFlags
When I use the last CVS Version to compile my scrit it seems that the commands SectionSetFlags and SectionGetFlags doesn't work properly even if the script can be compile??? But with the NSIS 2a7 it's working!

In fact when I execute my instalation setup, all the section and subsection are checked.

The section flags structure has changed recently. You can find more info in the NSIS 2 thread. The one-section.nsi example was updated as well so you can check there too.
