Rather than localized name.
And, in ENGLISH.NSH line 13
!define MUI_ENGLISH_LANGNAME "English" ;Name of the language in the language itself (English, Deutsch, Français etc.)

I only do translate to following.
!define MUI_TRADCHINESE_LANGNAME "Chinese (Traditional)"
!define MUI_SIMPCHINESE_LANGNAME "Chinese (Simplified)"

Rather than altered localized name.
!define MUI_TRADCHINESE_LANGNAME "¤¤¤å (ÁcÅé)"
!define MUI_SIMPCHINESE_LANGNAME "¤¤¤å (²Ê^)"

Cause these will happed meaningless text display for other guys who do not use "Chinese (Traditional)" "Chinese (Simplified)". Even we both use Chinese, will also view the meaningless text display when we see the localized name of the other one.
