When I set big size font, such as 9. And translate to other
languages. Some text maybe wider much than the original one.
So the button or label should be made wider.
How can I set the button or display label's width?

You can use some sort of software like ResHack to modify the form and button to suit your needs.
The dialog size changes according to the font size. We have made sure every button/label fits all translations in the latest version. Are you trying to translate NSIS into a new language?
