SetFont in Message Boxes?
I've noticed that SetFont (NSIS 2.0b) has no effect on message boxes. Is there a way to change the font size in message boxes from the default (tiny) size?

MessageBoxes do not have font options. Those are set by your system.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll just have to put up with it in that case. It seemed to me that the font in NSIS message boxes looked smaller than in other message boxes, but after your reply I just did a closer comparison and I think it is an optical illusion caused by my verbosity in my message-boxes. I'll have to try being more succint (always a virtue!) In a way, it's sort of a relief. Now, when my very critical (a virtue in this case) personal tester (a friend) says to me "why do you make your messages so hard to read?" I can say to her, "it's nothing to do with me, it's set by the display font you've set up on your system!"

you can always create a plugin which will subclass the messagebox.

No you can´t change the MB icon...
:rolleyes: The font and the size of the MB are by default by the OS version of Windows...
You can edit those atributes in the Appereance TAB

Thanks. I had forgotten about that! Just tried increasing the font size from 8 to 10. Much better! (No more eye strain.)
