Install Options
Forgive me, I only did a cursory search for the answer to this.. but anyway, can you (and if so how do you) set a field defined using InstallOptions to disabled, and grayed out?

In the latest CVS version there is a flag for it. Use:
FLAGS=DISABLED|otherflags...
