Is it possible to enabled the cancel button during
download quiet?

No, there is no dialog for it because it's quiet.

No, but there is a timeout incase the server doesn't respond.

Is a small download, like 80+ KB...
I thought that the progress bar doesn't need to be there.

Well, quiet is quiet. There will be no cancel button for a quiet download. A 80KB file deserves a progress bar IMHO. It will take about 15 seconds for a 56K user to download it.
