Language examples no longer work on Win98SE
The 'Examples\languages.nsi' and 'Examples\Modern UI\MultiLanguage.nsi' scripts used to work on my Win98SE system but now they can no longer be compiled.

I have tried several different CVS snapshots (from 18 June to 27 June) and they all fail at the "Generating language files..." stage (MAKENSIS causes an invalid page fault in MAKENSIS.EXE).

After some experimenting, I found that I could get the 'languages.nsi' script to compile if I reduced the number of languages it handles.

There have been quite a few changes to NSIS over the past week or so; has some kind of size limit been introduced by accident or is it just my system misbehaving?

I have Win98SE also. I compiled MUI example multilanguage.nsi and got same result as you. I didn't try the other one.

I updated today via CVS.

Thanks, fixed in latest CVS version.

Have just unzipped the NSIS CVS snapshot dated "Sat, 28 Jun 2003, 13:44:13 GMT". Now both examples work OK on my Win98SE system.

Thanks for fixing this so quickly, kichik.
