NumFields Maximum?
could it be that there's only a maximum of 9 NumFields per IO page?

I know it sounds silly but, have you changed the "NumFields" to more than 9?

well i did, but it only displayed the first 9 in the dialogue :(

edit: ignore and close this thread, worked this time.
