MUI Translation into Romanian
Updated translation of MUI language file into Romanian. Now included the missing uninstall strings reported by Joost Verburg.

The uninstaller license strings are still missing and there are some double strings.

Hi,

Here is the latest modern ui romanian file. It has some fixes also to the latest translations.

Sorry for the last months, I've been away and wasn't able to update the files. I'll hopefully have more time from now on.

BTW: congrats on the beta4 :up:, looks good
