need linebreak in IO /bold text
!insertmacro MUI_HEADER_TEXT "header" "blabla\r\nACHTUNG: bla"

does not work.

Bold text would be nice also...

Any hints - something forgotten?

must be $\r$\n

and bold ?

The title is bold by default. The description text is not, otherwise there would be no difference between the title and the description. This is the standard wizard style.
