NSISdl and proxy
Hi everyone,

I had a problem with automatic use of proxy when downloading from local intranet and found no solution on the net. Made a little patch in v1.3 of NSISdl (that comes along with NSIS2) to handle the ProxyOverride key of IE settings.

Please put this in the Archive for now. I'll upload it. I would like to add this or some varient of it to NSISdl eventually.

My plan is actually to have NSISdl support two methods, or have two NSISdls. One using jnetlib and one using IE to support the proxy, https, ftp, etc.
