Open your web files (*.htm*) and Urls (http://www.site.com) in a new window with this plugin.
It should be compatible with most Web Browsers.

Test it and some comments would be helpfull.

See readme and the examples before compiling the stuff :)

I know you are trying to do dlls lately, but try to focus on one plugin and do everything to make it better, and to integrate connected subject plugins in just one. I'm saying about another Internet plugin you've done before.

And isn't just this, most of the projects in your homepage are the same thing (could be integrated).

Make easier the user's work, please. :)

The best method is to parse the open command in the registry associated with a html file.
