How to find if my windows is in french or in english in regkey ??

unless you want to know the actual language of your windows-version, you can query "HKCU\Control Panel\International\Locale" in your registry. i'm using an english windows, but still my locale in german.

HKCU\Control Panel\International\locale is not in my regestry "under win xp home"

but i have sLanguage = FRC maybe someone else can tell me if under win98 or win 2000 the same variable is present ...
