is there a migration tool that can convert all old names in NSI file into the new names ?
it could save a lot of time for long complicated NSI files...

There is no such tool I know of.
The complication level of the script should not matter because it's only the MUI defines.
I remember reading about that list, but I don't have a link at hands reach. There is enough room on the server, nothing is deleted and, as you said yourself, forums are made for searching.
