About GPL and license
evaluation/education only SW don't need to open source code?
this SW is using GPL'ed code.
XviD binary(koepi)is like this.
it is evaluation/education only distributing, and
koepi didn't show his code.
is it right?
i really wan't know about this.

So you want to know whether an NSIS installer for a GPL product should be open source?

An installer is a separate thing, so I don't think that's required by the GPL license. But you would have to read the license carefully to be sure about that.
