RmDir /r /REBOOTOK $INSTDIR doesn't remove locked files at all :(
For developers: How to check that files will be removed on reboot? Registry keys?

For developers: How to check that files will be removed on reboot? Registry keys?
On Windows 9x, you can see it in $WINDIR\wininit.ini. On NT it's in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\PendingFileRenameOperations. NSIS also prints out which files will be deleted on reboot.
