'cause MSI is getting more popular. And it's easy to deploy a MSI via SMS and group policy. So muany companies ask for MSI.
And many installer gaints like Installshiled and Wise support MSI.

Wish NSIS can support it.

The closest thing you may find to doing that is WIX, the Windows Installer XML that was released by M$ on SourceForge a couple months back.
