multi files ?

OK i have a big dir of source files.
and in the my installer I have option al components - all are set as on as default.
server
monitor
logger
nornally you will install everything, however if you want the monitor and logger on a local machine you would deselect server. all three components share DLL's / .NET Components. Which is the best way to handle this as at the moment I have duplicate files everywhere.
