List of companies using NSIS?
Hello,
I work for a software company and we are considering moving from InstallShield to NSIS to be able have multiple people working on installers simultaneously (we only have one InstallShield license).
Is there a list of companies using NSIS to distribute their tools somewhere?
I recently saw that Google uses it to install Picasa 2.0, but wanted to get other references to push the point to management.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction or provide me with this type of information.

I don't know how up to date this is but here you go: http://nsis.sourceforge.net/users/

It's updated constantly. For example, if what jackdewey said about Google is true, it'll update right now.

ATI doesn't appear to be on the list kichik. I noticed they use it when updating my drivers recently. Maybe they want to keep a low profile.

Thanks, I'll check and add those.
rsegal, got a link to a specific driver? The last ATI driver I've installed didn't seem to use NSIS.

The one for the ATI Radeon drivers uses a classic NSIS installer just to compress the InstallShield installer inside. It just extracts it, runs it and closes.

Yeh, that's right. That's what I meant to say.

Added all but Galactic Conquest because I cannot get to its download server (having some DNS problems right now).

hello kichik
if you could change "Kastor! TV" for "K!TV (TV on PC software)"
(the name of the site is kastortv but the software is called K!TV)
this would be nice ;)
thank you very much
