I suppose I should respond. Thanks Kichik for this debug version. It turns out it wasn't needed. We figured out what was causing the error.

Our 170MB installer was too much for their little old C drives.
We plan on both investigating a non-solid state installer, and or including this check: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....eck+disk+space
Any other ideas/suggestions?
