NSIS 2.06 released

NSIS 2.06 is released. It took a bit longer than usual, for no special reason. This release contains fixes to some glitches in the last one, mainly with the components page, as promised in its release notes.

please dont bother me with news on SF about NSIS i already read (but not *here) - 2.06 is out, nothing special. only the date is curious. sry 4 misunderstanding
