UpgradeDLL Function
In the UpgradeDLL function there is an include statement for PathManip.nsh. I can't find this file anywhere. Is it really needed? If so, where can I find it?

It just needs Get extention of file in that file. I've updated the Wiki page to link to that function and removed the confusing !include.
