Kaspersky false-positve
i am getting a false positive on untgz.dll plugin with kaspersky. i had contacted them, they claim the antivirus already detects it but i wrote back saying i know it detects it, this isnt a virus, i dont want it to be detected. my installers fail because of this.

Direct them to me, if they refuse to fix this. I'll explain it to them. My e-mail address is kichik@users.sourceforge.net.

Hmmm... and Kasperspy uses NSIS themself for installers, grrr those pesky AV software creators should take more care.
I'm thinking that we could create a standard form where we can send info to the AV creators in an easy way everytime we encounter something like this.
e.g. Select AV company from list.
There you just type your name, signature date, (wrong) detection date, your oneline extra info and attach the file that they detect as virus.
If it is a virus they find out, if not also, preferably include plugin sources.
I have no posibillity to alter the NSIS Site though ask a forum moderator.

You can create one in the Wiki. Later it might be a good idea to add some NSIS identifies to the e-mail so they can easily add it to the white-list.
