I've uploaded a 2.08 debian package to debian mentors, and it should be uploaded to debian experimental soonish.
Also, would it be worth the effort to setup a daily .deb of CVS?
Hello Kichik,
What does "UIs are now built from source" mean? I looked all over the NSIS help files, directories and I read the release notes twice incase I missed it... Is more information regarding this available anywhere?
Thank you!
It's just a detail of the build system. Instead of including precompiled binaries with the UI resources it builds them from resource source files. You won't notice anything as an end-user.
Thank you Joost!

This download doesn't come with source code or do I miss something?
Source Code
Yep - you missed the http://nsis.sourceforge.net/development/changelog/ for 2.08 that said they don't include the source by default, but it's still available via cvs. But the new changelog update from today wiped out that info being displayed (Maybe there should be a link to "view older changelogs" from that page). But anyway... CVS info here: http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=22049

The release notes include this information. The source for each release is available as a separate file: http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...ckage_id=15374
CVS can also be used to to retrieve either the source of the latest development version or the source of a certain release.
ok... thanks :)
