How can I execute asp file in the end of installation
I have tryed the following:
Exec '"explorer.exe http://localhost/myprg/update.asp"'
and there is no response from installer

Unless the user has a webserver installed with ASP support you can't just run a ASP file. If they do, then you need to run it through a web browser not Windows Explorer.
Edit: Actually, explorer.exe should open web pages. Try this:
Exec '$WINDIR\explorer.exe "http://localhost/myprg/update.asp"'
