where is exdll.h ?
In NSIS 2.06 there was a folder "ExDLL" in NSIS' installation directory including the file "exdll.h". This file is no more part of NSIS version 2.12 although it is in CVS:

Why was it removed?

NSIS' source is no longer in the main distribution, but now in a seperate download which you can download from the NSIS website.
