How exactly does it fail? What do you mean by "exterior exe file"? Are you talking about an executable that wraps yours so it'd act like a service? You need that because services must have a certain API exposed to the service manager so they can controlled. If the service you're trying to add is not really a service, you'd have to turn it into a service first by implementing that specific API.
I use API is fall also!

but this program is not in gear.
I'm not talking about the CreateService API. I'm talking about the API the service you're trying to install exposes. So, how exactly does it fail?
