How to start IIS install from the setup ?
During my setup I check if IIS is installed on the computer. Then if not I display a MessageBox telling the user to first install IIS then run the setup and I Exit my setup.
How can I open the Windows add component dialog from the setup ?
Is it posible ?

If it's a control panel, you could rundll32 it as explained at:
