Error Launching Installer
hello everyone,
Lately i have been recieving an error every time i try to install or uninstall a program. i am operating on Windows 2000. The error i recieve says, "Error Launching Installer" and i cannot continue from there. I have no clue what to do. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
For uninstallers, it could mean there is a problem with your temporary directory. Make sure that you have write access to it and that it's not completely full.
For installers, it means that the installer can't open itself to read the data it needs. That could mean you have a problem with your hard disk, but I think it'd be a better guess to blame a new anti-virus.
