i find it is hard to make an icon the same size as the install icon.

You can pack a resource editor, such as Resource Hacker, in the installer and manually change the icon with it after creating the uninstaller.
i can't find the uninstall icon in resouces,
only install icon, why?

Create the uninstaller and you'll see it. It replaces the installer's icon after the installer is copied over as an uninstaller. That's why they are required to be the same size.
