Windows Document Properties
Does anyone know if it is possible or there is a plug-in to allow access to the Document Properties of windows office files?

Microsoft has a dll available (dsofile.dll, KB 224351) that can read/write those properties. I've never used it with NSIS, so I can't quickly show you the system plugin calls that will do it.
