How can I programatically (by means of a function) set the state of the checkbox to disable the creation of the Start Menu programs??

How can I programatically (by means of a function) set the state of the checkbox to disable the creation of the Start Menu programs??
You may skip the Start Menu page by adding code to the Start Menu pre function that under a condition (e.g. if your application is already installed), would skip the page.
