Launchers
I heared about PortableApps w/c uses NSIS.
I need help on making NSIS 'game launchers'
Basically making game X put its save games on directory Y
just like what the portableapps launchers do; they tell the program to put the files in /data/...etc..

I know its possible, but I just dont know how to do it.

Search for the "portable thunderbird nsis" script via a search engine of choice. This provides a good starting point.

In general it means an NSIS script which modiefies INI and Registry values on the fly.
