Thank you for this update, the HM Nis project seems pretty dead so it was lagging a bit behind when it comes to new commands

Compiler Commands:

HelpIndex.ini is fixed so that the script commands correspond to right chapter in NSIS User Manual, plus the new stuff.

I updated HM NIS Edit syntax config files to NSIS v2.39 compatible. :)

New stuff to previous update.

Functions:
SetRegView

Parameters:
MB_USERICON

Variables:
$COMMONFILES32
$COMMONFILES64
$EXEFILE
$EXEPATH
$PROGRAMFILES32
$PROGRAMFILES64

NSIS v2.44 compatible syntax config files.

I fixed & added all old still missing syntaxes and added !searchreplace as new. More importantly I uploaded the syntax files to NSIS wiki. :)
