"Auto Open window: control-panel\telephon-modems" Call - How can i make it? Plz Hlp

my Installer checks in Registry. for the locationnumber (telephonumber)is no entry located. Then the installer opened the windows "control-panel\telephon- modems" Window (The installer don´t install something without a fully filled location-profile). But i can´t find out the correct call function to open this window automatical. I need help. Without this autocheck produce the installer bad bugs, because i used TAPI CALL FUNCTIONS and their works only with an existing Profile.
