Mui_custompagecommands?
Does anyone have an idea on what defining MUI_CUSTOMPAGECOMMANDS does?

Cant seem to find it anywhere...

If it's not documented, it's internal and shouldn't be used. But in this case, it doesn't even seem to exist. I can't find any reference to it in System.nsh.
