inetc bug: resume
Files download fine when using inetc normally, but when using the /Resume switch, I always get the retry window and the file no-longer downloads correctly.

I tried this and if I use /RESUME without RETRY_QUESTION parameter then nothing happens. After specifying RETRY_QUESTION it works fine. No retry window.
