Timeoutproblem with inetc plugin
  Hello,

i have a problem with the timeout of the inetc plugin.

I've set the timeout to 5000 milliseconds, on my machine and several VMs it is working fine but my colleague told me that on his computer the installer always needs 3 minutes 7 seconds to time out. I tried to put the timeout paramater in front of the others, but it's still not working on his machine. Do you have any ideas how i could fix it?
