The extractor know as "unversal extractor" is able to extract the files into the installer created by nsis.
Exist some way to prevent that ?

nope
encrypt your files, put the decrypting code call in your installer code.

That way they can extract your files all they want, they're not going to be of any use.
Of course they can still just grab your files -after- installation anyway?
