Installing BDE with NSIS >= 2.42
Hello world,
I have read that "/NOUNLOAD" is deprecated for NSIS >= 2.42.
Now I am curious if (and how) this affects installing the Borland Database Engine (BDE).
With previous versions of NSIS, I used the code at nsis.sourceforge.net/Install_BDE that uses /NOUNLOAD.
My experience is that this code does not work without /NOUNLOAD (calling it w/o /NOUNLOAD or using RegDLL would kill the entire installer).
Will this code also work with NSIS >= 2.42?
Or is there a better/newer way that should be preferred?
