slovak language file issue
i have made an installer and have set the language option to slovak. now the problem is the slovak language file on my machine that came along with NSIS is showing boxes when opened in NSIS editor, notepad, etc.
for some specific slovakian words there are boxes and so the file is not in proper format.

can anybody please tell me what could be the problem.

You must set the correct language for non-Unicode applications in the Language and Regional Control Panel.

i have attached a screenshot of what the slovak file looks like on my machine.
i have marked those characters with a red border in the screenshot.

all characters are displayed properly except a few characters which are displayed as square box, 3/4, etc.


please have a look at the screenshot and tell me what is the issue on my machine.

any help is highly appreciated.
