Custom my installation ?

This is my first thread so, above all, thanks for NSSI ! So, I use this tool to make my install and for one of my project, I wanna custom the installation page and I need help !
This an example of what I wanna do :

As you can see, the user can select the file he want to install on this drive. In fact, when the user select one file (one clic), this file will be download et install in the right destination. So first, I think I must use the ZipDLL pug-in (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/ZipDLL_plug-in) and use it.
After and it's the point for what I need assistance (for the DL option too), I want to display a image, a screenshot in the description place. How to code it ?
If somebody can explain to me, give me an code example. Thanks a lot !
