Simple Script
Hi. I was using Install Shield for my installer, but I decided I wanted to go for a free installer instead. Having seen this installer numerous times I decided to give it a go. Using the option to make an installer from a zip I was very impressed, however I realize this method is highly limited. How would I make a simple script to show backgrounds while the install carries on?
And how would I go about making it create shortcuts and desktop icons?

By reading the helpfile and looking at the examples (NSIS is script based, there is really no way around this. If you don't want/need scripting, try Inno Setup)
