Apply for Windows 7 Software Logo
Hi all,

I've tried to apply for the Windows 7 Software Logo using the toolkit provided by Microsoft.

The toolkit gives the following warning:

Clean, reversible, installation
WARNING: Applications are expected to create these registry entries DisplayName, InstallLocation, Publisher, UninstallString, VersionMajor*, and VersionMinor*.
This application did not create the following registry entries:
Value VersionMajor missing or invalid for program easyfit 2.623.
Value VersionMinor missing or invalid for program easyfit 2.623.
Value MajorVersion missing or invalid for program easyfit 2.623.
Value MinorVersion missing or invalid for program easyfit 2.623.
Value InstallLocation missing or invalid for program easyfit 2.623.

The problem is that you're not creating the listed regentries in ARP registry. Simply add the applicable WriteRegStr etc during your installation (and remove them in uninstall) and it should be fine.
