Plugin Licenses
Unless otherwise stated, are all plugins covered by the NSIS license?

Yes as long as the source code is also included.

All official NSIS plugins are zlib/libpng.

You see this when you edit the wiki: "All contributions sent to this wiki are generally considered to be in the zlib/libpng license (see License for details)." so unless the page specifies something else it is zlib.

Plugins hosted on other sites should have a license in their zip file or the page itself...
