Program compatability Assistant issue while uninstall
Team,

I created an application and it works fine. I have peculiar issue while uninstallation. If i uninstall the application through control panel it does well.

But if i uninstall through "Uninstall" shortcut it throws PCA dialogue to replair or reinstall option.

Can anyone help please?

Windows 2008 Server/ NSIS 2.3

2.3 is old, several of the 2.4x releases had PCA fixes, try 2.46 with RequestExecutionLevel in your script...

He may mean 2.3 as shown under MakeNSISW -> About. Look under Appendix F in the user manual or the top of the build output for the actual NSIS version.
