How can i fill the InstallDir with info from an ini file?

I'm not sure exactly, but the idea is to create a .onInit function that reads the directory into the $INSTDIR variable.

Well, I did that already and it works, but only after the user fill something in the path section. the problem is that the default is not the one read from the INI file.
