New VPatch v1.2 with GUI
- I made a GUI.
- The C++ runtime is now 3 KB instead of 4 KB (NSIS-compressed: 1370 bytes).
- Did I say there is a GUI now? :D

Please comment on the current GUI. It's only 3 days old, so there might still be some loose ends.

Looks good. I like the GUI, it is simple. I have no use currently for a patcher, as I tend to use a batch file, but if I do, VPatch is on the list :)

Thanks. In the meantime, v1.21 is here:
- Progress indicator, so you can actually see what is happening (it's nice to see somethings is happening :)
- A bugfix in the caching code with loading/saving. It rarely surfaces, but I fixed it
