Is it possible to call functions from within functions using NSIS 1.62?

The reason for this question:
I will need to call GetParent a lot of times
to get some root directory from the registry
to install some startup settings to.

It's much easier to separate the GetParent and
the registry reading functions if possible.

I solved the problem, there's another problem...
Well, I solved this problem...
Something else was wrong, not the function callers...

But there is another problem...

Please help me reading text files...
